JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Brow Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional brow shaping and enhancement services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. You will also play a key role in driving retail sales by recommending products that complement our services, while maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year experience in brow services.
• Permanent Makeup experience in brow services is a bonus.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Retail sales experience is a plus, with the ability to effectively promote products.
• Attention to detail and a passion for beauty aesthetics.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
• Certification or training in aesthetics or cosmetology or related field.

• Perform brow shaping services including waxing, tweezing, lamination, and tinting to meet client preferences.
• Sanitate all tools and workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Educate clients on brow care and recommend retail products to enhance their experience.
• Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all supplies are stocked and readily available.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in brow artistry and participate in ongoing training as required.
