Description:
Position – Business Systems Support Analyst
Reporting to – ERP Systems Support Manager
Team – No direct report
Scope – PHD + RC group
Site – Glasgow or Islay
A position within our IT department has become available. The position involves working as part of Bruichladdich Distillery supporting the Glasgow and Islay teams. You will provide application support for the Bruichladdich Distillery, reporting to the ERP Systems Support Manager.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:
- Application Support
- Working within current application framework you will be the first point of contact for providing support for all business applications.
- Provide ERP support for sales, purchasing, manufacturing and finance.
- Learn and support localized solutions, such as interfaces.
- Manage support ticket systems with third party vendors.
- User management.
- Assist with system integrations, testing and updates.
- Project Delivery
- Be a part of the team managing and delivering projects in the application landscape
- Participate in the delivery of various projects at different levels (user training, testing phases, etc.
- Proactively identify and communicate bugs / issues / problems coming from project deliveries that could impact day to day activities.
- Organization & Management
- User documentation as well as user training on new processes
- Manage relationships with external vendors
