Full job description:
Specialty Coffee shop
We are looking for a brunch Chef to join our Team.
The ideal candidate MUST have proven experience in Breakfast/Brunch background and support the day-to-day operations of our kitchen.
We expect the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across the whole kitchen.
As Thirdcoffee you will follow instruction from our Head Chef whilst complying with all food safety and hygiene requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Support all kitchen operations, including food preparation and quality control.
* Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
* Ensure customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality dishes and exceptional service.
* Bring urgency, efficiency, and creativity to the kitchen without an overinflated ego.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Brunch Chef
* MUST have training and knowledge in HACCP Food safety
* Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
