JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for an experienced brunch line cook to join our team! This is a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen where consistency, speed, and attention to detail matter. The ideal candidate is confident on the line, works well under pressure, and has solid brunch experience (eggs, hollandaise, hashes, bennies, etc.).

• Execute menu items to spec with quality and speed
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Prep and stock the line before and during service
• Communicate with the team and support other stations as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
