Job Description How does your working day look like... You take full responsibility for the successful operational management of the Bali Brunch – ensuring smooth service processes and impeccable quality of our Bali Brunch platters. You actively work in day-to-day operations, both in the kitchen and in service, stepping in wherever support is needed. You onboard and train new team members and organize trainings, team meetings, and power briefings for your existing team to ensure consistently high standards. As a passionate host, you create true WOW experiences for our guests and make them feel genuinely welcome. You handle administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, creating manuals, guidelines, and checklists. You are responsible for menu updates and menu design, continuously developing and refining our Bali Brunch concept. Qualifications Your personality counts more than your CV … You have extensive experience as a Chef de Rang, have ideally already worked as a Breakfast Supervisor, or bring solid experience from the kitchen. You inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests and are confident in organizing service operations as well as creating efficient duty rosters. You enjoy taking responsibility, work independently, and actively contribute ideas to further develop the Bali Brunch concept. You are a hands-on doer – and confident enough to admit when something didn’t go as planned. You don’t just bring your skills – you bring your personality.
