BSA AML ANALYST (MONITORING) - FIRST CENTURY BANK

First Century Bank is looking for a full time BSA AML Analyst (Monitoring), to join its BSA team in our Commerce, Georgia location. The individual will work with the BSA AML Team and cross functional team members to ensure appropriate monitoring and oversight of all of the Bank’s programs.
First Century Bank has specialized in providing financial services through technology channels for our clients. The BSA AML Analyst will be trained on all areas of the Bank, including each of the Bank’s programs and electronic monitoring system.

Responsibilities
  • Review and work prepaid alerts in the Bank’s proprietary monitoring system.
  • Review various prepaid reports.
  • Review and work Verafin alerts.
  • Review KYC/CIP for applicable programs.
  • Review high earner reports associated with a TPS relationship provided to an MSB.
  • Review opt In Card reports
  • Work closely with BSA Officer to determine if these inquiries and reports warrant SAR Filings.
  • Prepare SARs for filing
  • Utliize Verafin to track fraud cases, house case documentation, and file SARs.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned or which inherently or logically belong to this position or overall compliance functions.
  • Exemplify FCB’s values while carrying out its mission and organizational goals and priorities.
    Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in related field and one to two years of related Banking, Fraud, BSA AML or other relevant experience or a combination of education and experience. Ideal candidates will demonstrate analytical skills and exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
