· Adaptability and Learning Agility: Given the constantly evolving nature of financial crimes and regulations, being adaptable and open to learning new techniques and technologies is crucial.
· Ethical Judgment: Ability to make sound and ethical judgments and decisions, as BSA/AML analysts handle sensitive financial information and contribute significantly to an institution’s integrity and compliance efforts.
