• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking with a focus on BSA transaction monitoring, Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR), OFAC compliance, and account documentation.
• Strong background in investigating suspicious activity, compiling detailed reports, and managing Requests for Information (RFIs) using systems like ECS, Bankway, and LexisNexis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with working knowledge of CIP, KYC, and AML policies and procedures.
• Experience with exempted CTR customers and annual reviews is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or ACAMS/FIBA certification required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred.
