Description

Service Credit Union is seeking a full-time BSA Manager who is a forward-thinking individual who will lead the modernization and day-to-day operations of the BSA Department. NOTE: This position is an on-site position located in Rochester, NH.
The BSA Manager will take ownership of department operations, with a strong focus on optimizing processes, developing staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, and implementing data-driven decision-making through robust metrics. This leader will also be responsible for managing and leveraging the capabilities of the credit union’s AML monitoring platform and other emerging compliance technologies.
Pay: Starting at $100,000. Flexible based on experience.
Location: On-site, Rochester, NH

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, finance, business or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years or more of BSA/AML/OFAC compliance experience in a financial institution.
  • CMAS certification preferred.
  • Experience in using and managing AML transaction monitoring systems
  • Supervisory or managerial experience in a regulatory compliance or operations role.
  • Strong understanding of the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC regulations.
  • Ability to develop and track SLA/KPIs and drive process improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analytics/reporting tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
