Description

* Should have minimum 6+ years of experience in software development environment Required Skills: * Experience in creating Process Maps, UML Behavior Diagrams, Business – technology translation/mapping documentation Proficient in JIRA or similar work management tool. Experience with Scrum process & Project management preferrably BFSI domain experience * Familiarity to application design and architecture * Familiarity to automation testing * Ability to write business cases and test cases * Strong knowledge on MS office suite * Strong troubleshooting skills * Good understanding on Agile, waterfall methodologies * Ability to work independently with minimal guidance * Knowledge to ServiceNow and ITIL(Incident/Problem and Change Management) process Key responsibilities: * Work directly with clients to understand the business requirements * Create process flow and reports * Document uses cases and update SOPs' * Perform application/functional testing * Create functional requirements * Work with individual users on to provide support and training * Identify system defects
