Description:
The BSA Specialist is responsible for various functions related to BSA/AML/OFAC compliance and efforts to ensure the bank’s compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, Identify Theft, and fraud programs.
Requirements:

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years in financial services, operations, performing audits, or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education preferred
• Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in BSA or Compliance
• Strong research and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining high degree of accuracy
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Intermediate PC skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
• High attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED

• Proven ability to handle other assignments and effectively prioritize and manage workload
• BSA & AML Experience
