Job Description Testing of electrical systems such as module, rack voltage verification, SoC/SoH accuracy validation, cell balancing, temp, monitoring, battery protection functioning (over-vol., under volt, over current, short circuit, etc), Battery Management System communication. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields. Strong knowledge of battery technology, including module/rack architecture, voltage/current characteristics, and protection mechanisms. Hands-on experience with testing activities such as: Voltage verification (module/rack level) SoC / SoH accuracy validation Cell balancing behavior verification Temperature monitoring accuracy Battery protection tests (over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, short circuit, thermal protection, etc.) BMS communication testing (CAN, LIN, UART, or other protocols) Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system architecture documents. Solid understanding of Verification & Validation (V&V) of embedded systems. Strong troubleshooting skills to identify defects in hardware–software interactions. Proficiency in test case creation, execution, defect logging, and analysis. Language: English + Mandarin (HSK4) Experience working directly with contract manufacturers in China (nice to have) Additional Information Why BOSCH?
