More about your role
We are looking to recruit a BTR Associate to join our site in Birmingham. Reporting to the Associate Director, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding area of the business.
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for providing operational and strategic leadership to the team. Working closely with Community Managers, you will help on planning events and also ensure a smooth mobilisation process. As well as assisting with the procurement of service contracts you will conduct regular service reviews.
At Places for People, we are committed to a safe working environment, so a basic DBS check is mandatory.
More about you
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing teams. Proficiency with IT packages such as Word and Excel are desired along with excellent communication skills. Experience within the property sector is also preferred.
