Job Summary As a BTS Account Manager, you will be responsible for new business development and account growth within the greater Houston area. You will sell a full portfolio of building technology solutions, focusing on power and cooling, building automation, smart buildings, data center infrastructure, physical security, and AV solutions using a consultative sales approach. Key Responsibilities * Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals * Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and relationship building * Grow existing accounts through cross‑selling and upselling technology solutions * Sell power and cooling solutions, building automation systems, smart building technologies, and related IT infrastructure * Own the entire sales cycle from discovery through close * Conduct customer discovery to understand business needs and technical requirements * Present and demonstrate integrated building technology solutions to multiple stakeholders * Collaborate with engineering, sales operations, and vendor partners * Develop territory, account, and business plans to drive revenue * Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales contracts * Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in CRM tools * Participate in ongoing training related to smart buildings, automation platforms, and emerging technologies Required Qualifications * 1–3 years of sales or business development experience * Experience selling or supporting:  * Building technology solutions * Power and cooling systems * Building automation or smart buildings * Data center, security, AV, or low‑voltage technologies (preferred) * Strong consultative and solution‑based sales skills * Ability to understand and communicate the business value of technology * Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills * Strong organizational and time‑management skills * Comfortable working cross‑functionally with technical teams * Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) * Experience in smart building ecosystems or BAS platforms * Familiarity with data center infrastructure, physical security, or AV solutions * Background in highly competitive environments * CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Benefits & Perks * Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance * Company‑Paid Life & Long‑Term Disability Insurance * 401(k) & Roth Retirement Plans with Company Match * Sponsored 529 College Savings Plan * Professional Development Reimbursement * Paid Vacation, Sick Time & Holidays * Mileage & Phone Reimbursement * Employee Engagement Events & Wellness Programs  Local travel required within the greater Houston area.
