Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning and Visioning:
  • Develop, lead, and articulate the vision and strategy for business transformation.
  • Align transformation initiatives with the organization’s overall business strategy and goals.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define the roadmap for digital and business transformation.
  1. Architecture and Design:
  • Lead Design and implement architectural frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
  • Ensure the alignment of business processes, technology, and data architecture.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of enterprise-wide architectural blueprints.
  1. Project Leadership:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute transformation projects.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and gain stakeholder consensus.
  1. Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as a key liaison between business units, IT, and other stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
