Job Description The direct support professional – intermediate care facility position is responsible for the coordination of services to the individuals including financial, medical, recreation, program services, family contact/involvement, education, and household management. This position assists the program director in maintaining consistency in program implementation, individual care, and communication with staff and interdisciplinary team members, including the day or residential program. The direct support professional-obo (on behalf of) also carries out the duties of a direct support professional.
