We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative who will be responsible for driving sales growth in the south-western region of Poland within the BU Commercial&Industrial Job Description Obszar działania: woj. dolnośląskie, woj. wielkopolskie, woj. zachodniopomorskie Main Tasks Profesjonalne i bezpośrednie wsparcie we wszystkich projektach realizowanych z wykorzystaniem technologii Sika, w szczególności w segmencie BU Commercial & Industrial, w obszarach: posadzki, hydroizolacje, dachy, S&B. Aktywna promocja i sprzedaż rozwiązań oraz produktów Sika. Doradztwo techniczne i handlowe w zakresie doboru technologii. Realizacja indywidualnych celów sprzedażowych wyznaczonych przez Dyrektora BU Commercial & Industrial. Stałe monitorowanie rynku inwestycji budowlanych oraz aktywnych projektów w regionie. Ciągłe poszerzanie bazy klientów oraz wzorowa obsługa obecnych klientów. Nawiązywanie kontaktów oraz zapewnianie profesjonalnego wsparcia wykonawcom i inwestorom (opcjonalnie również architektom i biurom projektowym). Wprowadzanie rozwiązań Sika do powstających projektów. Instruktaże dla pracowników Klientów i wykonawców w zakresie technologii, rozwiązań i produktów zarówno pod względem zastosowań jak i bezpieczeństwa oraz wpływu na środowisko, Nadzór nad realizowanymi pracami oraz sporządzanie notatek z przeprowadzonych inspekcji. Wykonywanie samodzielnie pól kontrolnych i referencyjnych oraz dokumentacja tych miejsc w formie pisemnej i fotograficznej. Prawidłowy dobór technologii wykonywania prac na budowach. Dostarczanie klientom wymaganej dokumentacji (karty informacyjne materiałów, referencje, aprobaty techniczne, deklaracje zgodności itp.). Rozwiązywanie sytuacji awaryjnych i nieprzewidzianych. Udział w obsłudze procesów reklamacyjnych. Professional and direct support in all projects implemented using Sika technologies, particularly in the BU Commercial & Industrial segment, in the following technologies: flooring, waterproofing, roofing, S&B. Customer care and acquisition of new clients. Active promotion and sales of Sika solutions and products. Technical and commercial consulting in the field of technology selection. Achievement of individual sales targets set by the Head of BU Commercial & Industrial. Continuous monitoring of the construction investment market and active projects in the region. Ongoing expansion of the customer base and exemplary care for existing clients. Establishing contacts and providing professional assistance to contractors, investors (optionally architects and design offices). Incorporating Sika solutions into emerging projects. Conducting training sessions for clients’ employees and contractors regarding technologies, solutions, and products, both in terms of applications and safety as well as environmental impact. Supervision of ongoing works and preparation of notes from these inspections. Independently performing control and reference fields and documenting these areas in written and photographic form. Proper selection of technologies for construction works. Providing clients with required documents (Material Information Sheets, references, technical approvals, declarations of conformity, etc.). Resolving emergency and unforeseen situations. Participation in the handling of complaint processes. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane techniczne w zakresie budownictwa. Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku. Umiejętność szybkiego przyswajania nowych technologii budowlanych. Umiejętność szkolenia innych oraz skutecznego dzielenia się wiedzą. Samodzielność i inicjatywa w działaniu. Bardzo dobra znajomość branży budowlanej w Polsce. Doskonałe umiejętności interpersonalne: negocjacyjne, sprzedażowe oraz komunikacyjne (umiejętność nawiązywania i utrzymywania relacji biznesowych). Silne umiejętności negocjacyjne i sprzedażowe. Umiejętność efektywnej realizacji zadań oraz osiągania wyznaczonych celów. Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego. Dyspozycyjność oraz gotowość do odbywania kilkudniowych podróży służbowych, również z noclegami poza miejscem zamieszkania. Prawo jazdy kategorii B. Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office; znajomość platformy Salesforce będzie dodatkowym atutem. Higher education, preferably technical in the field of construction. Experience in a similar position. Ability to quickly learn new construction technologies. Ability to teach others and share knowledge effectively. Independence and initiative in action. Very good knowledge of the construction industry in Poland. Excellent interpersonal skills: negotiation, sales, and communication (ability to establish and maintain business relationships). Strong negotiation and sales skills. Ability to effectively complete tasks and achieve goals. Communicative knowledge of English. Availability and willingness to undertake multi-day business trips, including overnight stays away from home. Valid category “B” driving license.
