As the BU engineering process lead, you will be a crucial contributor of our business unit's success. Your primary focus will be on managing the tailored BU Create process, monitoring and publishing BU metrics, ensuring the process evolving with our business goals and strategies. You will lead the process improvement board which consists of the leading PLMs and R&D managers, aiming to be the engine of BU process optimization and new technology or tool introduction, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
