JOB OVERVIEW:

The Procurement Analyst is responsible for providing analytical, project management, and tactical executions support to create a reliable and flexible supplier network with an overall lower cost structure and improved efficiency. The Analyst works cross-functionally and supports efforts to integrate category strategies with related activities in the Supply Chain functions including Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain Planning, and Distribution. As a member of the Procurement team, the Analyst’s role includes to collaborating with procurement category managers to help facilitate key components of category strategies and process improvements resulting in improved supplier quality and service performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on supply chain, data analytics, or Business Administration area of study.
• 3+ years’ experience in cross functional supply chain role(s)
• Experience working with ERP systems, SAP Ariba preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Demonstrated experience creating and presenting reports and insights.
• Strong communication skills.
• Perform in fast paced environment with ever changing priorities.
