QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, or financial planning. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar). Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience in ERP transformation and financial process standardization is a plus.
TECHNICAL & ANALYTICAL SKILLS:
Strong understanding of management reporting structures and planning & budgeting processes. Ability to analyze financial data and drive continuous process improvements. Familiarity with automation tools and digital finance solutions.

JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The Business Unit Representative – Management Reporting and FP&A will serve as the key liaison between the Business Unit (BU) and the central finance project team. This role ensures that financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes are accurately integrated into the new ERP system while maintaining global standardization. The position is instrumental in driving financial transformation, ensuring compliance, and aligning financial data and reporting structures across all business units.
This position is part of a large-scale ERP implementation project, with a duration of approximately 2.5–3 years.
