POSITION SUMMARY:

This course introduces students to the recruitment and selection of employees who will contribute to the success of organizations. Issues with respect to recruitment and selection are examined from legal, ethical, technical and strategic perspectives. Methods of instruction include lectures, discussion and seminar presentations.
Qualifications – Required: Masters degree in Business or related discipline (e.g., I/O psychology); PhD an asset
Qualifications – Discipline: Business or related discipline (e.g., I/O psychology)
Qualifications - Areas of Specialization: Organizational Behaviour/Human Resource Management or related areas of specialization
Qualifications - Professional Designation: CHRP or CHRL would be an asset
