We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their purchases. You will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience and ensuring that our store operates smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, time management abilities, and a passion for the food industry.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Previous food service or retail experience is an asset (training will be provided).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and preparing drink ratios.
• Flexible schedule availability (evenings, weekends, holidays).

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
• Prepare and serve bubble tea drinks and toppings according to Gong Cha’s recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and dining space.
• Restock ingredients, cups, straws, and other supplies as needed.
• Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments responsibly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and inventory checks.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide fast and efficient service.
