About the Role: As a Housekeeping Team Member, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the campground. From ensuring sparkling restrooms and fresh linens to keeping common areas pristine, you’ll help create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. Bonus: Perfect for Work Campers: This is an ideal role for a work camper seeking a full-time opportunity with an RV site at an incredible campground. This is a 30 hour per week seasonal role, beginning in Spring and ending in November of 2026. What You'll Do: Keep It Spotless: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routines for bathhouses, restrooms, cabins, laundry rooms, pool furniture, game rooms, and other guest-use facilities. Use the Right Tools: Follow proper cleaning procedures and use chemicals safely, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) when required. Maintain Supplies: Track and report inventory needs for cleaning supplies and guest essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Handle Lost & Found: Collect and properly log found items, ensuring valuables are secured. Report Issues: Identify and report any maintenance concerns, damaged items, or guest complaints to the General Manager. Be Guest-Focused: Greet guests with a warm smile, be responsive to their needs, and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere. What We're Looking For: Passion for Cleanliness & Hospitality: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing top-notch guest experiences. Team Player: Works well in a collaborative environment and communicates effectively. Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Flexibility: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. This availability is vital to the role. Valid Driver’s License: Required for mobility around the campground. English Proficiency: Ability to understand and speak English fluently. Physical Requirements: Lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally, 25 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds regularly. Stand for long periods (up to 80% of the shift) and work in wet/slippery conditions. Bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and move across varied terrain.
