Prepare detailed work budget/value engineering/budget scenarios Accountable for project budget and cost control services for medium size projects Assist Cost Control Manager/Senior Cost Control Engineer to deliver thorough, independent and complete Cost Control Reports for Projects Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, correctness of cost allocation, analysis of cost trends Collect all relevant needed information (work Cost, Actual data etc.) from the Estimators, Reporting / planning engineers, Project manager, and/or from finance department Process and analyse all gathered data into estimate software (InEight) and create Cost forecast Timely preparation of departmental reports, analysis of trends, comparison with Cost, explanation of variances
