YOUR MANDATE You will be responsible for supporting the strategy and client service team by providing accurate and timely support in administration, project coordination, and reporting. EVERY DAY YOU WILL: Perform all monthly financial tasks for clients, from authorization to reconciliation with suppliers. Be responsible for monitoring budget management across all disciplines. Maintain the project management tool to ensure the efficiency and speed of end-of-month best practices. Review billing drafts and media purchase authorizations to ensure all information is accurate. Coordinate and ensure that all billing drafts are approved by the designated individuals. Ensure that client purchase authorizations are received and retained. Review and approve real-time billing packages prior to distribution to clients, and follow up internally on any billing discrepancies. Be responsible for creating estimates and conducting the campaign closure process within the specified time frame. Lead and ensure that data entry is completed accurately and on time. Liaise with the strategy team and accounts receivable to resolve discrepancies between supplier invoices. Manage client accounts and follow up on overdue invoices with clients. Maintain budget control reports in accordance with client reporting requirements. Keep all tracking documents up to date. Maintain a filing system for client files. WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE: A post-secondary degree in administration, accounting, or equivalent; 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or project coordinator role; Good knowledge of the MediaOcean system (an asset); Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Strong communication skills (written and oral); Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines; Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy; Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Good stress management and priority management. Fluency in French and English languages, both spoken and written - As our global network deals daily with national and international clients, a level of English that enables you to understand and express yourself fluently in both French and English is a basic requirement for this role.
