JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right cannabis products for their needs. This position requires a strong understanding of cannabis strains, products, and their effects, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele; multilingual abilities are a plus however not required.
• Reliable transportation (Car, SUV, Truck) is preferred.
• Basic math proficiency for handling transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with cannabis products and their effects is a highly desirable trait.
• Leadership qualities to help mentor junior staff members.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for stocking purposes. (25lb maximum)
• Proficient in using computerized point-of-sale systems.
• A passion for the cannabis industry and commitment to providing excellent customer service.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information about various cannabis products, including cannabis strains, cannabis bi-product such as edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
• Utilize basic math skills to accurately process transactions and handle cash.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory levels by utilizing our operating system (Greenline)
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers(AM/PM) as well as open the store upon arrival(AM shifts).
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in training new staff members by providing guidance on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
• Lift heavy products as needed for stocking and display purposes. (20lb maximum)
