QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Smart Choices Cannabis Certificate
  • Must be of legal age (19+)
  • Provide a copy of clean Criminal Background Check prior to start date
  • Experience in a retail environment: 1 year
  • Available to work Weekdays, weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of cannabis and products is considered an asset

  • Processing transactions and customer orders on the POS (Point of Sale) system
  • Provide customers with in-depth information about cannabis products and accessories
  • Assist customers in making decisions about purchasing products by providing recommendations geared to their personal preferences
  • Be knowledgeable about various products and how to consume cannabis safely
  • Organize cannabis products and accessories as required
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • General cleanliness practices (vacuum/sweep, wipe down counters, cabinets, etc.).
  • Willingness to learn about new trends and products in the cannabis industry
