We are looking for Budtenders part-time or full-time. All roles are responsible for the same general in store duties. our approach is simple, hire amazing and knowledgeable people who in return can help customer buy great cannabis products.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 19 Years of age or older
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • Successful Police Background Check
  • Valid CannSell Certificate
  • Cannabis knowledge and willing to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • Retail experience is an asset
  • Basic math skills
  • Background and passion through regulated or non-regular markets

EXPERIENCE:

  • Customer service (preferred)
  • Cannabis retail experience is an asset
  • Inventory or stocking of a retail store is an asset
  • Cashier experience or sales positions is an asset

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist all customers that visit the store. Competently checking IDs from every customer 19 and under.
  • Assisting customers in picking the appropriate product and providing excellent customer service throughout their entire experience.
  • Constantly staying informed on different trends, upcoming products and cannabis knowledge in order to provide the highest level of customized guest service and experience.
  • Ensure the store is clean, tidy, merchandise is well-displayed and stocked
  • Maintaining records (digital and manual), such as inventory, guest incident reports and daily operating logs, as required
  • Supporting, leading and participating in store opening and closing, able to complete daily reports
  • Participating in, other duties including making note of and communicating out-of-stock, customer requests, organizing the stockroom, and counting inventory
  • Follow guidelines and protocols as required by provincial regulatory bodies.
