Position: Budtender – Customer Service
At THC, customer service is the heart of what we do. As a Budtender, you’ll play a pivotal role in educating our customers, guiding them toward the perfect products, delivering a world-class in-store experience, and continuing to Set the Standard for retail cannabis in Canada.

EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
  Work Location: In-person, 6416 Main Street, Vancouver
  Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Stay up to speed with the latest cannabis products, trends, and regulations.
• Collaborate with the South Vancouver team to drive sales and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Greet and assist customers, building genuine connections and understanding preferences.
• Process transactions while following cash handling and loss prevention best-practices.
• Support the team with store cleanliness, inventory management, and merchandising.
