J. Supply Co is charting a new course. Our goal is to normalize the cannabis retail experience: browsing and purchasing cannabis products should feel no different than any other shopping experience. We recognize that cannabis may be new to a lot of people, so our stores are beautiful and uncomplicated, designed to engage – not overwhelm – our guests.
Royal Vapes is our adjoined Retail Vape shop. Our goal is to enhance the vaping retail experience at an affordable and fair price. We recognize that vaping has been around, but may still be new to a lot of people, so our store focuses on disposable vapes and e-juices for easy out-of the box solutions for your nicotine vaping needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years’ experience in customer service with a preference for retail
• Proven ability to deliver positive guest experiences and develop customer loyalty
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication with excellent organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of cannabis retail and vaping products and safe consumption methods
• True passion for vaping products and education
• Open to feedback and eager to improve
• Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum age 19 years old
• Must be Cannsell Certified/ or willing to obtain prior to hiring date!
• Able to lift boxes 5-35 lbs
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout area
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong communication skills
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions
• Must be willing to work shifts scheduled by company and comfortable with ever changing duties
• Ability to work up to 40 hours a week

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create positive guest experiences by building loyalty and carefully considering each guest’s unique needs
• Display a strong foundation of cannabis and vaporizer (including nicotine vaporizers) knowledge, while showing initiative to create compelling yet convenient shopping experiences
• Consistently look for areas to make improvements to operations and business results
• Drive sales by educating guests on cannabis and vaping products and accessories
• Successfully achieve sales targets and other key business metrics
• Support with completing all tasks and duties as assigned
• Adhere to all company training, operational standards, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and programs
• Adhere to all federal, provincial, and municipal legislative requirements of specialty vape store retailers
• Complete tasks as assigned by Managers
• Other duties as assigned
