The 4ssst Cannabis Retail Operator, Uxbridge ON is actively seeking Part-time/Casual Budtender Vault Room Staff who are responsible, dedicated team players with a positive attitude. Opportunity to grow with the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Treat all customers and employees with the highest level of customer service
  • Maintain outstanding store conditions and cleanliness throughout the shift
  • Be a shinning example of well behavior and high performance
  • Deal with all customer and staff problems that arise
  • Meet sales goals by training motivating mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Manage login ID on Point of Sale (POS) terminals supported by Tech POS software
  • Responsible for signing in and verifying floats at beginning and end of shifts
  • Be able to process customer refunds on the POS system and Moneris system as well applying for and processing OCS credits
  • Be able to input information into an templated excel spread sheet to upload accessories into the POS
  • Be able to have clear communication with the POS system support team
  • Follow opening, closing and cleaning procedures
  • Be informative on the products that we carry without giving medical advice.

Report any suspicious behaviors or abusive customers to Store Managers. Assist in opening and closing procedures
