Job Title: Buffer/Polisher RESPONSIBILITIES: Polish and buff parts and bells Comply with all policies and procedures Comply with all safety procedures and PPE requirements Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Utilize appropriate machinery to polish and buff brass parts and bells Follow M.O. directions. Follow work instructions Maintain labor reporting Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Previous buffing and/or polishing experience. Regular attendance Ability to stand for entire shift. Ability to lift a maximum of 30 lbs. Ability to apply pressure needed to adequately polish and buff brass parts and bells. Frequently fingering and grasping; occasional bending/stooping, squatting/crouching, reaching pushing, pulling Ability to work independently, make judgments, perform repetitive work, perform under stress, and attain tolerance to set standards Exposure to noise, vibration, and dusts
