PRIMARY FUNCTIONS A buffet attendant will provide and maintain an attractive display of fresh quality foods for our guests. Always greeting guests with a smile, willing to help out with any needs they may have.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

1. Must be at least 16 years old.
2. Must be reliable and available for flexible scheduling including weekends.
3. Must be able to work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day.
4. Good work ethic. Works well with others
5. Polite, friendly, positive interaction with our guests and other staff members
6. Must be able to handle pressure and stay calm
7. Must be aware of food handling procedures and safety.

1. Set up for breakfast, lunch, or dinner smorgasbords.
2. Maintain the standards for food appearance, size of pans, and appropriate utensils.
3. Monitor the appearance of the food and identify any areas that do not meet our standards.
4. Be aware of any special needs from our Guests.
5. Be aware of groups coming through the buffet area and be sure all food is set up on time. 6. Answer all Guest questions with a smile and a sincere caring attitude.
6. Keep work area clean and neatly organized.
7. Be sure all food is properly labeled.
8. Follow procedures for proper and safe handling of all food items.
9. Follow guidelines as listed on clean-up sheets.
   Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
   Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
