Role: Ensure kitchens and food beverage areas are clean and organized. Responsible for ware washing, including pots and pans in restaurant outlets and banquet facilities. Maintain safety and sanitation standards in accordance with the policies of the Health Department. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures.
