Description
Description Job Title: BCBA - Ethics-First Culture - Capped Caseload (5-7 Clients) Location: Buford/Lawrenceville, GA (Hybrid/In-Home/Clinic) Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year Job Type: Part-Time/Full-time Tired of the "Big Box" ABA Grind? Come Back to the Clinical Work You Love. At Limitless ABA, we believe that high-quality care starts with a supported clinician. We are a small, mission-driven startup dedicated to restoring dignity to ABA. We don’t believe in "putting kids in boxes," and we certainly don’t believe in putting our BCBAs in them either. While many firms are pushing for 15+ client caseloads and rigid 40-hour billing quotas, we lead with our O.A.T.H. Core Values: Observe with Compassion, Act with Integrity, Train for Excellence, and Honor Meaningful Outcomes. Why Limitless is Different: Capped Caseloads: We typically oversee 5–7 clients per BCBA. We prioritize clinical outcomes over billing volume. True Clinical Autonomy: We don’t force families to adhere to arbitrary clinical hours. We meet them where they are, tailoring treatment plans to the unique, limitless potential of each child. Ethics to the Letter: We follow the BACB Ethics Code strictly. You will never be asked to compromise your clinical integrity for a bottom line. Supportive Leadership: As a startup, you have a direct seat at the table. Your voice matters in how we build our culture and our clinical standards. Flexibility: We serve clients across settings (home, clinic, schools/daycares) and offer the flexibility you need to maintain your own work-life balance. The Role: We are looking for one dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our founding team in Georgia. You will be responsible for: Conducting individualized assessments and developing treatment plans that honor the child’s dignity. Providing high-quality supervision (aiming for 10% of therapy hours) to our dedicated RBTs. Collaborating with families and other therapies (SLP, OT) without "territorial" restrictions. Modeling our Pyramid of Success: Competitive Greatness through Ethical Discipline and Team Spirit. Compensation & Tracks: We offer two paths to fit your professional goals: Track A (The Balance Track): $90,000 starting salary with a strict 5-6 client cap. Track B (The Growth Track): $100,000 starting salary with a 7-8 client cap. Benefits: 56 hours of vacation time 5 paid holidays 2 floating holidays 5 sick/mental health days Health benefits (medical, dental, vision) Competitive PPO health plan Company-provided materials and resources Ready for a "Vibe Check"? We know you’re busy and likely being recruited heavily. We don’t want to waste your time with a 5-step application. Apply here with your resume, or simply message us to schedule a 15-minute "Vibe Check" call with our leadership. Let’s talk about how we can support your career without the burnout. Requirements Requirements: Current BCBA certification in good standing. Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Georgia. A "Do the Right Thing Always" mindset. Experience in multiple settings (Home/Clinic/School) is a plus. Strong leadership skills and a desire to collaborate Receptivity to feedback and commitment to continuous growth
Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct individualized assessments, develop dignity-honoring treatment plans, and provide high-quality supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), aiming for 10% of therapy hours dedicated to supervision.
