As a Service Biller, you’ll ensure smooth service operations by accurately processing repair orders, warranty claims, and invoices — all while supporting an exceptional customer experience. Compensation: * $18–$23/hour depending on experience * Opportunities for growth and development What You’ll Do * Review and process repair orders, warranty claims, and customer invoices * Verify technician documentation and compliance accuracy * Contact extended warranty companies for claim approvals * Process invoices through P2P (Open Invoice) system * Manage rental vehicles, including cleanliness and damage documentation * Coordinate internal vehicle deliveries and updates to Used Vehicle Team * Uphold Walser’s Core Values: Do The Right Thing, Lead By Example, Display Positive Energy, Be Open Minded What You’ll Bring * 2+ years of automotive dealership or billing experience * High attention to detail and accuracy * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Experience with Microsoft Office and dealership systems * Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record What’s in it for you?
