JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Build Analysis Build Engineer t o join our team. This role is focused on working with security control partners and various lines of business to assess and certify Cisco Webex and Microsoft Teams features and solutions. It is important to note that this is not a software development role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of proven experience with Microsoft Teams and related technologies .
  • Strong understanding of network technologies and transport protocols, including TCP/IP, UDP, and SIP .
  • Experience in troubleshooting call and meeting quality issues, including QoS, jitter, latency, and packet loss.
  • Proficiency in Intune and Conditional Access Rules as it relates to MTRoA device s.
  • Excellent solution documentation and presentation skills, including the ability to create network diagrams and configuration guides.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting, including script development for system monitoring and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Room on Android (MTRoA), Azure AD, and Office 365.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant certifications in Cisco and Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience in a similar role within a large organization.
  • Experience in a banking environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solution/Feature Design, Build/Configure, Deploy, Document, Present

EDUCATION

  • University or post-graduate degree
  • Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering)

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with security control partners and lines of business to assess and certify Cisco Webex/MS Teams features and solutions.
  • Remediate findings and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
  • Provide expertise in Cisco Webex Meeting Classic, WSMP, Webcast, Cisco Devices for MTR, Control Hub, Cloud Video Interop, SCIM Integration
  • Provide expertise in Microsoft Teams, Azure AD, and Office 365
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of network technologies and transport protocols, including Firewalls, Proxies, VPN, VDI, TCP/IP, UDP, and SIP .
  • Troubleshoot call and meeting quality issues, including QoS, jitter, latency, and packet loss.
  • Create and maintain solution documentation, including network diagrams, configuration guides, and security policies.
  • Present findings and solutions to stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation, administration and reporting.
  • Assist in design and deployment of Cisco platform features and enhancements
