• What You’ll Be DoingManage and deliver civil and building projects valued $5M+
• Take ownership of your own section of works
• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers and site teams
• Support Project Managers in programme and quality delivery
• Ensure strict compliance with OH&S, environmental, and quality standards
• Solve site challenges with initiative and leadership

• What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent)
• Experience on projects valued $5M+, ideally across buildings, civil or infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent planning, organisation, and communication
• Exceptional understanding of safety and compliance
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
