Additional Pay Opportunities:   Pay raise opportunity at 2 months, 6 months and 12 months of employment What you will do: The Production Associate plays an important role in manufacturing high-quality countertops. This hands-on position involves using hand tools, woodworking equipment, and production machinery to fabricate and assemble products while supporting various stages of the manufacturing process. Ideal candidates enjoy working with their hands, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Duties and Responsibilities: * Retrieve, lift and place correct top and parts. * Review production order tags. * Assemble/apply wood parts for buildup and padding tops. * Responsible for quality control, check each piece to ensure it is the correct size and length, and that the laminate has no flaws. * Maintain production quotas. * Ability to expand knowledge of materials, production processes, and quality control techniques.  * Other duties as assigned. What you will use: * Tape measure * Routers * Staple guns * Table Saws * Periodic use forklift and pallet jack What you need:  * Able to read various measurements on paperwork and tape measure. * Required to wear the necessary protective equipment; to include safety glasses and earplugs. * Must understand and follow safety policies and procedures when in the facility to prevent accidents. * Previous Manufacturing experience is a plus * Must be able to read and write English Typical physical demands * Strength to lift up to 100 pounds intermittently, while bending and twisting for long periods of time. * Requires good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity, sufficient to grab, lift and carry and operate tools and machinery    * Push and pull items using hands and arms. 
Responsibilities
The Production Associate fabricates and assembles high-quality countertops using hand tools and woodworking machinery. Responsibilities include reviewing production orders, applying wood parts, and performing quality control checks to ensure correct sizing and flaw-free laminates.
