About the Role: The Builder Field/Installation Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating all field operations related to construction and installation projects across various sites in the United States. This position ensures that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget while meeting quality standards and client expectations. The manager leads and supports installation teams, manages schedules, and liaises with contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project delivery. They are responsible for troubleshooting on-site issues, enforcing compliance with safety regulations, and driving continuous improvement in installation processes. Ultimately, this role is pivotal in delivering successful construction and installation outcomes that align with organizational goals and customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in construction management or related field is preferred. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, field operations, or installation management. * Proven experience managing teams and coordinating complex installation projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. * Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites across the United States. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. * Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or OSHA safety training. * Experience with budgeting, cost control, and procurement processes. * Familiarity with construction management software and digital reporting tools. * Strong leadership training or experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
