JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Builder / Multi Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills and experience in various trades, enabling them to carry out maintenance and repair tasks across multiple disciplines.
You will be required to carry out general property maintenance tasks to domestic properties predominately across SW/SE London. This will include reactive maintenance and small projects, including refurbs, kitchens and bathrooms.
A strong understanding a of plumbing and living within the SW/SE area would be advantageous.
This is a flexible position, we can offer full-time, part-time, CIS and ad-hoc works
£180-£250 per day +overtime + expenses
Immediate start is available for the right candidate.
Must have your own vehicle and tools

Pay: £250.00 per day
