THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Leading Hand who will work closely with our Site Supervisor to support the smooth delivery of projects. This role combines hands-on building with day-to-day leadership, ensuring the site runs efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
You’ll be a key link between the Supervisor, trades, and subcontractors - helping drive progress while setting the tone onsite.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work alongside and support the Site Supervisor in coordinating daily site activities.
• Lead by example with hands-on carpentry and remedial works.
• Help oversee trades and subcontractors to keep quality and timelines on track.
• Review and interpret drawings and specifications with accuracy.
• Ensure safety and site presentation are maintained at all times.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues early, working with the Supervisor to resolve them.
• Communicate clearly with the Supervisor, team, clients, and suppliers.
• Provide feedback on progress and flag risks or improvements.
