Description Rocktops is a state-of-the-art granite & stone fabrication facility located in Olathe, KS servicing the production and installation of high-quality countertop surfaces for our clients. Rocktops has an immediate opening for a Sales Representative to join our team. Sales Representatives actively engage customer prospects as well as service in-house accounts and leads. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability while consistently practicing our company CORE VALUES: Problem Solving, Work Ethic, and Positivity. Sales Representatives report directly to the Sales Manager. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Reach out to customer leads within 24 hours. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Analyze workload potential, track sales and status reports. Supply management with information regarding customer needs, problems, competition and potential for new products and services Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. Held accountable for checks and balances established in the workplace. Continuously improve through feedback. Keep the showroom always looking presentable. Be informed of the material we have in stock. Follow policies and procedures set forth by the management team. Attend mandatory bi-weekly sales team meetings. Attend mandatory monthly staff meetings. Attend mandatory quarterly review with the sales managers to review individual performance, goals, activity, upcoming jobs, and any concerns that you or the managers may have. Participate and attend scheduled and/or encouraged Rocktops and vendor events.
