JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Building and Architecture Inspector to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all building projects comply with architectural plans, specifications, and safety regulations. You will work closely with construction teams, engineers, and project managers to perform detailed inspections, identify issues or discrepancies, and enforce corrective measures when necessary. This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the successful execution of diverse and impactful projects. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive inspections of building structures at various stages of construction to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications. Evaluate the quality of work performed and the materials used to meet safety and building codes. Identify and document any deficiencies, non-conformities, or potential safety hazards. Provide recommendations for corrective actions and ensure they are executed effectively. Collaborate with project teams to resolve architectural and construction-related issues. Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and communications with stakeholders. Participate in project meetings and provide expert input on building inspections. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in building inspection or a similar role. Strong understanding of building codes, construction standards, and architectural practices. Proven ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Professional certifications related to building inspections are a plus.
