JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes
• Conduct assessments and provide timely, constructive feedback to students
• Deliver engaging and industry-relevant training sessions in the classroom, practical and/or workplace-based settings
• Support students in their learning journey, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a student-centric approach
• Experience delivering training to international students
• Experience in use of student and learning management software highly regarded (aXcelerate)
• Demonstrated knowledge of CRICOS/ESOS requirements highly regarded.
• Participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement activities
• Strong time management and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced training environment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Hold Diploma of Building and construction qualification (or Higher)
• Current industry experience in the field of building and construction
• TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Hold WWCC and Australian driving license
  Job Types: Casual, Contract
  Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour
