POSITION OVERVIEW:

S & N Bros. Pty. Ltd. Trading as SNB STONE is a wholesaler of Building materials to the stone masonry and tiling industry.
The Building and Industrial Product Sales position manages B2B sales of our Natural Stone & Porcelain Slabs & Tiles. These clients include Architects, Designers, Specifiers, Kitchen, Joinery companies, Builders and developers.
The position sits with the Sales & Marketing team and reports directly to the Branch Manager.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelors level qualification
· Experience with BSB sales
· Experience in B2B sales in the Architectural, Design & Building Industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $73,000.00 – $77,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Responsibilities

· Manage wholesale and business client appointments
· Undertake product presentation for all wholesale clients
· Assess business client needs and making recommendations
· Preparing quotes, negotiating prices and credit terms
· Manage contracts/order for all wholesale clients including the preparation of quotes, negotiating prices and credit terms.
· Follow-up on specifications during various stages of design and construction.
· Relationship building with business and wholesale clients including collating prospective business clients.
· Closing wholesale-based sales.
· Understand the specifications of each job and proactively communicate with client from design to construction phase of the project.
· Arranging delivery of goods, co-ordinating with stonemason’s installation team for prompt delivery of services.
· Monitoring customers’ changing needs and competitor activity, reporting these developments to sales management.
· Submit regular sales reports to the Branch Manager
