In anticipation of opening in the Fall of 2025, we are searching for a Building and Maintenance Operator to join our new Parkland at the Common team based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

• A High School Diploma or completion of equivalent education
• 1-2 years’ experience in construction or building maintenance
• Knowledge of WHMIS and Occupational Health and Safety legislation
• Advanced Proficiency in English required, other languages considered an asset
• You can provide a clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening
• A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care.
• Ability to use measuring tools, power tools
• Enters and locates work-related information using computers maintenance management systems.
• Displays a working knowledge in the following categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing trade
