What You Will Do: Cleans model suite(s) Touch up and/or cleans vacant suites Clean and/or touch up hallways and/or common areas Delivers notices/newsletters Assists with grounds upkeep Snow removal as assigned Assist with simple Maintenance Tasks/Make Ready Suites Requirements What We Need: Some cleaning experience is preferred Education, Licenses, and Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Required Skills: Interpersonal skills Ability to work independently A team player Overtime as required Still Undecided? The Building Attendant is responsible for maintaining the quality and appearance of the property by cleaning model and vacant suites, common areas, and hallways. Additional duties include grounds upkeep, snow removal, and assisting with simple maintenance tasks.
