ABOUT US

At Atlas Automation, we lead the way in intelligent building automation and integrated controls solutions, specializing in Honeywell and Niagara N4 platforms. From luxury resorts to complex commercial properties, we design, install, and support high-performance systems that enhance energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and operational performance.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of delivering projects that exceed client expectations.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing building automation, mechanical, and electrical projects on time and within budget. This role requires a detail-oriented leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at every level. You will play a key role in ensuring that technical execution aligns with our standards for quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in building automation, electrical, or mechanical construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction workflows, scheduling, and cost management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems and building automation technologies (Niagara N4, Honeywell) is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle—from kickoff to closeout—across multiple concurrent jobs.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
  • Coordinate field technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely, quality delivery.
  • Track project performance using KPIs, cost control, and progress reporting.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, site visits, and client updates to maintain transparency and alignment.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and quality control standards.
  • Identify and manage risks, resolving issues quickly to minimize disruptions.
  • Support process improvements and standardization in project documentation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure a positive project experience from start to finish.
