Supervise engineers, installers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, maintaining clear communication and accountability. Conduct job walks and pre-bid reviews alongside the sales team to ensure accurate estimates and project coverage. Develop and manage detailed project schedules, manpower plans, and financial forecasts. Identify, pursue, and document change orders as needed to maintain project profitability. Track progress, quality, and safety compliance through regular site visits and team meetings. Mentor and develop controls technicians and installers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback. Lead project turnover meetings, review documentation, and manage closeout requirements. Partner closely with internal teams to align labor, materials, and subcontractor efforts with client expectations.
